POLICIES AND ETIQUETTE At CCBC locations Students entering building must do so from the glass doors to the left of the playground on Western Ave. If attending an AM class and door is locked please press buzzer marked “Church Office“. CCBC school does not want to monitor FTIM.
Classes in the chapel: Parents, caregivers and siblings may wait quietly in the hallway. If school is not in session the playground may be used.Children are not to run inside classroom once dressed. They wait for teacher to invite them in. Please no food and/or gum permitted in the classroom. You can quietly observe class through the glass windows of doors. If it is quiet teacher may open doors for more observation. Visitor’s day is last class of session where family and friends can observe entire class and take photos.Please leave cameras home first day of class. All other photo taking needs to be unobtrusive to class.

KENSINGTON location Classroom for Kensington location is on the lower level of the Town Hall. If there is not a class prior to yours you may leave your clothing inside the classroom. Parents, caregivers and siblings do not stay inside the classroom. Doors are left open for parents to peak in but not permanently stay there.As much as possible, caregivers are asked to leave the building during class. FTIM does not rent a waiting area from Kensington Town Hall. We share a hallway with the Historic Society and cable station. Please come and go quietly. Food and/or gum are not permitted. Teacher will tell parents when class is over. Visitor’s Day is the last class of the session where family and friends can observe the entire class and take photos. ATTIRE Girls: Leotard-any color or style. Please no big costumes. Tights Leather Ballet Slippers No Jewelry Hair secured and pulled back out of face.
Boys T-shirt, Shorts, tights or sweats Slippers, socks or bare feet depending on floor surface. |
